📦 How do I track my order?

You can track your shipment on our Track Your Order page. Just enter your tracking number to get real-time updates on your package’s journey!

⏱ When is my credit card charged?

Your card will be charged within 24 hours of placing your order.

🎁 Can I use multiple discount codes in one order?

Unless otherwise stated, only one promotion or discount code can be used per order.

📦 What if I have missing items in my order?

Oops! If something is missing, please contact us right away and we’ll sort it out ASAP.

💱 Are there any exchange rates?

All prices are listed in USD. If your card is in another currency, your total will be converted using the current exchange rate at the time of processing by your card issuer.

🛑 How do I change or cancel my order?

1. You may request cancellation immediately after placing your order by contacting us.

2. A 30% cancellation fee applies once an order is placed, even within seconds, due to merchant processing fees.

3. Orders that have been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

If cancellation is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

📬 Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Unfortunately, once your order is processed or shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.
Tip: Please ensure your shipping info is accurate and avoid using temporary or vacation addresses.
